An incomplete copper alloy probable tankard handle. A section of the shaft of the handle and one flanged attachment remain. The low-D-sectioned shaft is broken at one end across a wide, bilobed section decorated with a pair of two concentric reserves of metal with recess outside and between, separated by a transverse ridge. One of these sets of reserves is incomplete due to the break. The recesses may have held enamel, although no traces remain. Beyond this the shaft is narrowed and has a trapeziodal cross section.
