A South-Western Uninscribed ('Durotrigian') stater, of late Iron Age date. This may be an example of a Pale Gold and Silver stater, made from an alloy of gold, silver and copper. This is supported by the weight of the coin, which is comparable to the Pale Gold and Silver staters from the Corfe Common Hoard (Hobbs 1996, p. 153).
