A silver Iron Age quarter stater of the Durotriges tribe (South Western Region), dating to the period c. 50 BC - AD 40. Obverse: Almost plain. Reverse depicting zigzag thunderbolt, line of pellets across field, clamshell motifs to side. Duro Thunderbolt type.

An Iron Age silver quarter stater of the Durotriges dating to c 50 BC - AD 43. The type is known as Duro Boat Dots. The obverse depicts 'Three men in a boat' design with what appers to be the hull of a boat with oars along the side and above three 'figures' or 'sails' and a pellet rosette to the left of the hull. The reverse depicts zigzag thunderbolts and a line of pellets across field, Y-shape and uncertain objects to each side.
