It comprises a flattened oval attachment end that is partially incomplete due to old breaks and has a central circular rivet hole holding in place the corroded remains of an iron rivet. At the complete end is a projecting collar, beneath which extends a a lozenge shaped plate with projecting double knops to either side at its widest point, tapering to old breaks.
