Fragment of an annular brooch. The brooch is circular in cross-section and has bead-and-reel decoration all the way round. Brooches such as this type have a mainly Anglian distribution and are common in Lincolnshire. This type of brooch belongs to Leeds' Type F, and were in use throughout the early Anglo-Saxon period, surviving the change in dress that occured towards the end of the 6th century, continuing into the 7th century AD. An early-medieval copper alloy brooch dating to the late 5th or early 6th century. Only the headplate and upper bow survive; these may indicate the brooch is of the 'small long' type. The headplate is rectangular and is decorated with a recessed border containing a row of moulded pellets. A circular hole is located at each angle. The upper bow has a pair of moulded transverse grooves; the bow is incomplete thereafter. The back of the brooch has two copper alloy pierced lugs with an iron axis bar between them. Iron corrosion extends around this.

An incomplete cast copper alloy zoomorphic D shaped buckle frame, of the Early Medieval period, dating from c. AD 1000 to c. AD 1100. The frame is D shape in plan and oval in section. The crescent-shaped frame is in the form of an animal with a head at either end (one is incomplete), both of which would have bitten down onto the pin bar; only one of these survives. Description: A gilded silver early Anglo-Saxon pyramidal mount from a scabbard. The mount has a square base and is hollow. Each of the four triangular panels is decorated with an inverted U shape in relief, with the ends of the arms curling outwards and back on themselves to form an omega motif. The pyramid has a flat top recessed to hold a small square setting, probably originally of garnet, which is now missing. An incomplete copper alloy early medieval stirrup terminal of zoomorphic form dating from c. AD 1050 - 1100. The terminal is subrectangular in plan and semi-circular in section. The terminal is in the form of an elongated animal head; at the top are two large moulded ears, both of which are crescentric. Below these are two large oval eyes, leading into an upturned snout. A semi-circular knop extends from the snout on either side, perhaps representing teeth or a jowel. The terminal has a reddish patina. C.f. Williams 1997, page 2, Figure 4d.

An early medieval (1000 - 1100 AD), cast, copper alloy stirrup strap mount. The stirrup mount belongs to Williams' Class B, Type 1, Group 2 variant (Williams 1997). The mount has an openwork zoomorphic body though several of the apertures have corroded closed. A copper alloy quatrefoil mount probably of late Early Medieval date (1000-1100). The mount is flat and originally had four sub-triangular arms projecing from the centre to form a quatrefoil. Each arm has an oval aperture; two arms are incomplete. The surviving arms each have a copper alloy rivet at the terminal. The mount has a brown-red patina of a type often seen on 11th century metalwork.

A possible fragment of headplate from an Early Medieval radiate headed brooch. The headplate appears to have been semi-circular and flat. The perimeter is castellated. The headplate is recessed and decorated with a perimeter line of reserve metal. Two sub-triangular panels of reserve metal also survive. A lug for a spring survives on the reverse, apparently being one of a pair that held an iron spring. Iron corrosion is visible on the reverse.

A copper alloy weight, probably of late Early Medieval date (10th/11th century). The weight is circular and has a flat base. It is 7mm thick and has a concave upper surface which in the centre is notably deeper. The perimeter is decorated with a band of recessed dots. A circular recessed band encloses this on the exterior, and two bands enclose this on the interior. A further row of dots are situated within this. In the middle is an recessed eight pointed star. The weight has a dark green patina and abraded base and upper edges.

A cast copper alloy sword pommel of Late Early-Medieval or Medieval date, likely 11th or 12th century. The pommel is oval in plan and plano-convex in profile. The apex is missing, as is the upper part of one of the large side faces. This face bears an openwork design comprising at least two sub-oval apertures. The damage suffered by the apex makes it difficult to determine the original openwork design; however, it is possible that it picks out a crouching beast or similar motif. Incomplete cast copper alloy Anglo-Saxon sleeve clasp, possibly Hines form B12. The clasp is rectangular and broken at either end. The surviving piece represents one quarter of the original length, being the centre at one break and half way down one side to the other break. The main panel is decorated with a raised smaller rectangular panel containing a ring and dot in the centre, with a rectangular border of pellets surrounding. There are two pairs of two vertical ribs either side of the panel. There are two incomplete lugs beneath and an incomplete hooked bar above.

Fragment of a decorated curved piece of copper alloy, possibly part of an annular brooch with restricted barm or perhaps a terminal from a girdle hanger such as LEIC-2B1A6C. The object is flat and of rectangular section. The shank curves back on itself and narrows to a small rounded terminal. The surface is decorated with a perimeter of punched dots. Between the two perimeters are a series of diagonal lines formed by punched dots.

Is consists of a circular plate with two incomplete rounded knops drilled for attachment on its upper edge; the opposite edge has a complete hook. The front face of the plate has a worn incised saltire cross The surfaces are very worn. It belongs to Read's series D (2008, pp. 27-29).
