A fragment of an Early Medieval copper alloy rectangular mount, c.AD 500-700. This is a fragment of a rectangular mount with raised zoomorphic decoration. The mount is sub-rectangular in plan with flat faces. The upper surface has a plain border, with an one- to three-stranded interlaced zoomorphic decoration in the form of at least one creature. The ends and sides are damaged and end in old breaks. Gilding survives on the upper surface. The reverse is flat and undecorated with little of the patina surviving.

An incomplete Early Medieval copper alloy pin, c.AD 700 - 900. The pin has a flat irregular lozenge or hexagonal shaped head, with three ring-and-dot decorations stamped in a triangle on both faces of the pin head. There is a single ring-and-dot decoration on the sides of the pin head. From the base of the head a rectangular-sectioned shaft, which appears to have a subtle narrowed collar and ends in an old break. The metal has a dark brown patina. An Early Medieval cast copper alloy stirrup strap mount, c.AD 1000-1100. This mount is sub-triangular with convex sides and a horizontal base. At the top is an integral tri-lobed apex attachment loop and at the base of the mount are two more rivet holes, which are in-filled with rusted iron. The front of the mount has a border surrounding a moulded zoomorphic decoration in the form of a lion facing upwards with left paw raised and tail curled between the legs and over the back. An incomplete Roman-Medieval cast copper-alloy pin, c.AD 100-1500. This pin consists of a round-sectioned shank that tapers to a point and is bent over 90 degrees. The head of the pin head is has moulded decoration, consisting of a rectangular section with a rounded knop. Similar pins to this have an additional knop to finish the head, but these are missing here. The pin has a mottled dark green patina.

The find has one pointed end and the other ends in an old break. It has a mottled mid green patina. While many copper alloy awls are known from the Bronze Age, it is difficult to be confident about this particular item given that the shape of awls changed little over time.

Fragment of an Early Medieval cast copper alloy small square headed brooch, c.AD 400-600. This is the head of a small square headed brooch, square in planwith small knops at the top and the right. The left side would have had a small knop but has since broken off. The start of the brooch bow can be seen at the bottom of the head, before ending in an old break. The reverse face has two parallel stubs, which would have held the pin spring mechanism. There are no decorations on either face.
