A complete, copper alloy, Early Medieval, sleeve clasp, AD.500-575, probably a Hines 1993 Type B20. The object comprises one half of a clasp set, the loop side. The object is formed of three conjoined D shaped projections that connect at the apex of the D in a line. In the centre of the two end Ds are a rivet hole to attach the clasp to the garment. Around the projecting edge of the Ds are decorative incised or punched circles. The back of the Ds merge with a narrow rectangular plate along its longest edge. An incomplete, copper alloy, possible, Early Medieval, strap end, AD.600-850. The object comprises a tapering piece of metal undecorated on both faces. There is a worn break at the widest point, possibly where the rivet hole has broken and become worn away. The lack of decoration and diagnostic features make it difficult to be cetrain on the function of this object. The shape of the object does closely resemble simple strap ends of the Early Medieval period.

An incomplete, copper alloy, Early Medieval, Small Long Brooch AD.550-800. The object comprises the head, bow and foot of the brooch. The pin is missing and the hinge and catchplate damaged. The head of the brooch is formed of a square plate from three sides of which emerge flat fungiform lobes, all decorated with ring and dot. From the fourth side of the square the bow emerges, this is short c.10mm, below this is the foot, shaped like a flat based lozenge decorated with two ring and dot.

The ring is thickest at the bezel, tapering down  at each terminal. One terminal is pointed while the other is flatter and more rounded The dating of these rings is difficult as they are undecorated and there remains the possibility it is earlier or later in date.

The object comprises both complete arms of a set of tweezers, they taper down from the sharp fold to a rounded point at the distal end. The middle third of both arms is decorated with the same repeated decoration. At the top of the decoration there are two shallow notches in the sides of the arm, then an incised double line, a 3mm gap, then another double incised line creating a thick collar. The object comprises the distal end of the strap end, it has a semi-circular end and straight sides that terminate in an old worn break. The object is decorated with openwork zoomorphic design, though wear obscures much of the fine detail of the design. At one end of the object is an oval loop, from one of the long sides emerges a short neck, semi-circular in cross section c.7mm long x 8mm wide. This then widens into a domed section 10.5mm wide x 9mm long from this emerges two short arcing projections that would originally have formed another loop.The outer surface of the object is extremely worn with much of the patination removed.
