A complete cast copper-alloy Anglo-Scandinavian zoomorphic stirrup side-terminal dating to the late Early Medieval period, c. 1000-1100. A copper alloy knob from an early medieval (early Anglo-Saxon) cruciform brooch. It is semi-circular in cross-section with a rounded outer face and a flat reverse. The outer end is hemispherical with a small knop in the centre of its outer face. Behind this there is a deep groove followed by a semi-circular section, rectangular in cross-section. A fragment of a copper alloy early medieval (early Anglo-Saxon) brooch. It has a flattened, rectangular cross-section with a narrowing at one end, which might be part of a pin slot or just a break. A line of small incised dots is visible along each edge of one section of the outer face, but any decoration on the remainder of the hoop is obscured by corrosion. There is surface corrosion in places, a little damage along both sides and the breaks are well worn. However, traces of a bright, shiny green patina remain in places.
