Anglo-Saxon annular brooch of quoit form, 39mm in diameter and with a band 11-12mm wide. The inner hole is c. 16mm in diameter. It has a circular pin hole c. 2.5-3mm in diameter, seet closer to the inner edge than the outer. Opposite the pin hole is a V-shaped notch for the pin to pass through; the edges of the V each have a raised border or flange to stop the pin slipping back through the notch. A truncated and worn copper-alloy, early medieval (Anglo-Saxon) strap end, Thomas Class A1 with Trewhiddle-style decoration although this is too worn to discern individual elements, c.AD 800-900. The attachment end, with likely rivet holes, no longer survives but the rest is complete. There is a central panel containing Trewhiddle-style decoration, and a zoomorphic terminal showing an animal head with large ears and one surviving triangular eye. Each side of the strap end is slightly convex with a beveled appearance.

An early medieval silver sceat, Primary Phase, Series D type 2c (Op Den Velde & Metcalf variety 3c). The left-facing bust with oversize crown differs from the standard type 2c issues which are right-facing busts. Variety 3c has been interpreted as an English imitation of the original Frisian coins.

An early medieval silver sceat, Series D (type 2c); mint: Netherlands (probably Domburg); AD 700-15. The coin has a worn obverse and little detail of the bust can be discerned. The flan is of slightly irregular shape, and is also slightly abraded in places.
