An incomplete copper alloy bridle bit / harness fitting of Early-Medieval date, c.AD 1000-1100. The object consists of one terminal only which is ovate in plan and section. An ovate sectioned arm extends from one edge of the terminal, ending in a worn break. The object has a dark green/brown patina. The object is 28.4mm in length, 16.4mm in width, 4.6mm in thickness and weighs 2.5g. A complete lead spindle whorl of Early-Medieval to medieval date, c.AD 800 - 1100. The spindle whorl is plano-convex with a central perforation running through it. The domed surface is pitted and all surfaces appear undecorated. The metal has a mid-brown patina and is worn. The spindle whorl is 24.2mm in diameter, 10mm thick and weighs 25.6g. The perforation is 9.1mm in diameter suggesting a late Early-Medieval to medieval date as per the thicker spindles of this period (Walton Rogers, 1997, p.1731). An incomplete copper-alloy pin of Early-Medieval date, c.AD 700 - 900. The pinhead is heavily worn though appears to have been polyhedral. Traces of ring and dot decoration on one side can been seen. The metal has a mid-green patina and is extremely worn. The pin is 9.9mm long, the head is 7.7mm x 7.5mm wide, and weighs 2g. Polyhedral-headed pins with ring-and-dot decoration are a common find from Middle-Saxon England, and have been placed in a typology of collared pins by Haldenby (2012) in which he supports a 9th century date.

A complete copper alloy buckle of early-medieval date. The buckle is D-shaped in plan and circular in section with a narrowed and recessed strap bar. The outer edge of the frame is wide and decorated with parallel curved incisions giving a twisted rope-like effect and the pin no longer remains.
