A fragment of a middle Bronze Age side-looped spearhead. Only the socket survives. This is circular in cross-section, hollow and expands slightly towards its outer end. To either side of the inner end there is a small attachment loop, which would have allowed it to be secured to the shaft. The surface of the metal is heavily corroded with a silvery coating visible in places.  Spearheads with side loops date generally to the Acton Park and Taunton phases of the middle Bronze Age, c.1550-c.1250 BC (Davis 2017). A complete but distorted solid gold penannular ring dating to the Middle Bronze Age, c. 1550-1150 BC. It is broadly oval in plan view and plano-convex in section, being formed of three 'D' sectioned bands which have been soldered together, though in places these are starting to come away from one another. The terminals are squared off, but now overlap due to damage. A sherd from the body of an early Bronze Age vessel, dating to the period c.2350-c.1200 BC. Hard, coarse fabric containing plentiful poorly sorted quartz pieces (<2mm). The outer surface and core are an oxidised orange-red colour while the inner surface is a lighter grey. The outer surface is decorated with bands of three and two parallel lines of small square indentations. A fragment from a Bronze Age copper-alloy spiral twisted torc. The fragment is formed from a sub-square cross-sectioned bar that has been twisted into a spiral along its length. It is bent into a slight arc and there is a clean, cut break across each end. It survives in fairly good condition with patches of corrosion in places on the surface and no obvious signs of wear. The blade curves gently outwards while its sides curve inwards slightly towards the butt end. The break across the inner end is irregular and well worn. An incomplete copper-alloy late Bronze Age socketed axe mould. Two separate valves were found, one almost complete and one fragmentary, while the inner section of what originally would have been a three-piece mould is now missing. Complete valves are rare finds. See PAS record: SF-839555 for a very similar example, also from Suffolk and BERK-56BD17 from Oxfordshire. A complete copper-alloy early Bronze Age probable axe-chisel (or diminutive axe). The object is a narrow, sub-triangular shape with a rounded butt and gently outwards curving narrow blade end. In profile the object is lenticular - expanding slightly towards the centre and narrowing towards each end. The surface of the metal is heavily corroded with the outer edge of the blade now entirely missing.
