A fragment of a probable Middle to Late Bronze Age axe. The axe is broken roughly at either end, revealing a lozenge-shaped profile, narrower at the wider end of the axe, possibly where it thins towards the cutting edge. There is a pronounced casting line on one of the side, the surface otherwise worn but undamaged.
