This is the copper-alloy shoulder of an incomplete notched-butt Lisburn dirk, knife, from the Penard phase of the Bronze Age c.1300-1140 BC. See Roberts, B. p.76 & 80. This artefact is from the Middle Bronze Age from the collared urn phase of the period. Dimensions: weight 34.6g, width 32.64mm, thickness 4.89mm and the fragment survives to a length of 64.05mm. Similar examples can be seen on the PAS database including records NMS-6E6546, DENO-1D2B92, IOW-816837, GLO-C54785, LVPL-9DE736, HAMP-D40847, WILT-8BC3E8.
