A curved flint blade of probable Bronze Age date, 53.8mm in length and struck from a secondary flake of grey flint. The distal end has been worked into a triangular point with short semi-abrupt retouch on both sides. The flake has cortex on both faces at the proximal end suggesting that it derived from a nodule with a thick cortical layer.

The object is sub-triangular with a forked terminal formed of two sub-rectangular strips which curve round slightly before terminating in worn breaks. Two circular perforations are present to the corners of the wider end.
The upper surface of the object is decorated in low relief with a possible winged figure, possibly representing the angel of St Matthew. The figure is depicted only from the waist up. The reverse is flat and undecorated.

The mortar is an elliptical bow with a central grooved channel and low convex walls, a broad rounded keel and a U-shaped cross section. A partial integral suspension loop is present with worn breaks.
The metal has a dark green patina and is very worn and pitted. The mortar is 43.7mm long, 9.5mm wide, 9.6mm thick and weighs 12.1g.

The brooch is circular with worn edges. The upper surface has a white-metal coating displaying file marks and is otherwise undecorated.
The remains of a hinge mechanism and catchplate are present at opposing points of the reverse which is otherwise flat. The pin no longer remains.
The metal has a mid-green patina and is worn. The brooch is 23.4mm in diameter, 6mm thick (with hinge), 1.4mm thick at the plate and weighs 3.8g.

The bezel of the finger ring is ovate with a recessed upper surface which is now empty. To either side of the bezel the ovate sectioned shoulders narrow into a circular sectioned hoop. Both arms terminate in worn breaks.
The metal has a dark grey/green patina and is worn. The finger ring is 21.6mm long, 10.9mm wide, 2.7mm thick and weighs 3.9g.

The buckle is D-shaped with a narrowed and recessed bar and chunky outer frame. It is undecorated. A separately made plate is fitted around the bar by two narrowed integral strips with central slot for the pin. The plate is broadly rectangular with waisted sides and a decorative terminal. The buckle has a single looped oval frame with integral lobed knops to either end of the bar. An integral plate expands from behind the bar and is narrowed and framed at each end by a transverse moulding. The terminal end is broken and worn. A barrel moulding is present at the centre of the plate with a circular perforation through it. The reverse is flat and undecorated.
The metal has a mid-green patina and is worn. The buckle is 41.2mm long, 14.3mm wide, 2mm thick and weighs 2.3g.

A complete copper-alloy strap fitting of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1500 - 1600.
The main plate is asymmetrical and curvilinear, tapering from a wide flared trilobed terminal to a narrower bifid terminal from which a circular sectioned forward-facing hook extends. The hook terminates in a globular knop.
It is decorated on the front surface with a series of incised curved lines spanning outwards from the centre resulting in a foliate pattern. Two rivets for attachment are present, one to each end of the plate. The reverse is flat and undecorated.

The buckle is a single looped oval with a narrowed and offset bar and ornate outer edges. Two prominent knops flank three grooves on the outer edge of the loop. The grooves act as rests for the pin. The pin no longer remains.
The metal has a mid-green patina and is in fair condition. The buckle is 17.3mm long, 17.8mm wide, 4.7mm thick and weighs 3.6g.

A complete copper-alloy seal matrix of medieval date, c.AD 1200 - 1400. The seal is heater shield shaped with an integral semi-circular lug set on a central raised spine to the reverse.
The seal bears the device of an eight-pointed star seated within an upward pointing crescent moon. The devise is within a solid linear border surrounded by a legend which reads *SIGILLVM SECRETI (secret seal).
The metal has a dark brown patina and is in good condition. The seal is 22mm long, 18.6mm wide, 7.7mm thick and weighs 4.5g.

The cast bell is of hexagonal cross-section and is incomplete, missing the clapper and part of the upper loop. The now incomplete loop is integrally cast which projects from the top of the bell. The remaining stubs of the loop suggest that the perforation was oval. A fragment of ceramic vessel of Post-Medieval date, c. AD 1500-1700.
The fragment is probably a base sherd of a stoneware vessel with a fabric comprising a pale, reddy-orange colour and pale grey-cream core. There is evidence of a thick internal green glaze. A large, ovate, white inclusion, possibly chalk, is evident in the centre of the surviving vessel interior. It is possible that it was overlooked because of it being at a thick part of the pot. It measures 20.98mm x 12.09mm and remains firmly in situ.
