Silver coin fragment. Uninscribed silver unit of the Corieltauvi, probably ABC 1800, issue of Haselgrove Period 2 Phase 6, 50-20 BC, listed by Rudd et al as ‘common’; nearly half the flan is lost.
Obverse description: boar right, pellet in ring below, curved feature at right edge.
Reverse description: Celticised horse right with eccentric lower leg, ring of pellets above horse, line of dots lower right with a bar below each dot, a feature which does not appear in this position in most versions presented by ABC.
