A gold Iron Age stater of the Southern Region / Regni and Atrebates, struck by Verica, dating to the period c.AD 10-40. Obverse: COM.F in a rectangular tablet, seemingly no pellet in ring above or below. Reverse: Warrior on horse right holding spear, pellet in ring behind, VIRI below. This coin measures 17.4mm in diameter and 5.23g in weight. This coin is as ABC p. 71, no. 1184; BMC (Hobbs) no. 1145.
