The coin is too worn to be sure of the issuer or reverse type of the coin being copied. The reverse probably depicts a standing figure left, or perhap a centaur, so the coin may be a contemproary copy of a radiate of Gallienus APOLLINI CONS AVG reverse type. Compare Cunetio 2770 - 2772. The coin is 14.4mm in diameter 14.4mm, 1.6mm thick and weighs 1.23g.
