A heavily corroded, post-Medieval, copper alloy 17th century token farthing  issued by Andrew Poole, an apothecary of Grantham in 1657. Williamson (Lincolnshire) 111 (page 456). The obverse carries the Apothecaries arms, surrounded by the legend ANDREW POOLE. The reverse has the letter P / A A arranged in a triad, surrounded by the legend OF GRANTHAM 1657.
