A copper alloy 'Ship-penny' jetton. The obverse bears a ship with a stern castle on the right and flag bow on the left. This is the Nuremberg 'ship penny' derived from 15th century local issues. Although the inscriptions are illegible, it seems to be a 'small fictitious legend with no 'G' present above ship' type It measures 26.51mm diameter x 0.96mm, weighing 2.02g. For examples, see Mitchiner volume one, 1168-1186.
