Robertson 2000, 246 no. 1013A:
"The hoard was discovered by a group of four metal detector users [...] on a building site at Walton, within the area of Milton Keynes New Town, in late 1987. The coins were found scattered over an area of several square yards and there was no trace of any container; it is likely that the coins recorded here do not constitute the whole hoard. The Milton Keynes Archaeology Unit has discovered evidence of Roman occupation from two separate sites respectively within 300-400 yards and [within] half a mile of the hoard's find spot."
