Description

HER record of a hoard found whilst digging for gravel in Gomershay, Stalbridge, around 1869. Over 1000 coins "from the age of Constantine" were contained in an urn "inside four great slabs of stone". A quernstone was found in the same place.

Notes

Has some similarity with IARCH-DFBB0F but great difference in location.
