De Jersey (2015) writes: "Details of six Cunobelin staters discovered between 1980 and 1984 were published by de Jersey and Newman (1995). Three of these were found within 20 m of each other, a fourth was about 125 m distant, and the positions of two were unrecorded, as were any details of their precise type. The other coins included examples of the wild, plastic and classic varieties.
On the weekend of 24-25 October 1998 a further three staters (nos 3, 6-7 in the list below) were discovered about 50 m south-west of the earlier focus of three, presumably originating from the same scattered hoard (BMHF; TAR 1998-99, 102-3 no. 272)."
