An incomplete Medieval silver penny of Edward IV (first reign, AD 1461-1470). Light coinage, dating from AD1464/5-1470. Mint of York. North (1994) Vol 2, no. 1594 or 1599. The coin has been broken so portions of the flan from 5 o'clock - 7 o'clock and from 8 o'clock - 11 o'clock are missing.
The coin is 15.92mm in diameter, 0.49mm thick and weighs 0.4g.
