A copper alloy annular buckle frame, 27.5mm across, in the form of a five petalled flower. Each petal has two lobes with moulded decoration to the surface. The pin is missing.
Notes:
As Whitehead (2016), p47, number 274. This type is known as a "Rose" buckle and from stratified examples can be dated to the late 15th-16th century.
