A flint scraper of Mesolithic to Bronze Age date (9000 BC - 1000 BC). It is formed on a tertiary flake of patinated, cherty light grey flint and is sub-rectangular in plan. The bulb of percussion is not evident. One end is oblique and it has short, scaled, semi abrupt retouch forming a scraping edge. It is 33.6mm long, 16.7mm wide and 2.9mm thick. 2.5g.
