A fragment of a Medieval copper alloy buckle, probably dating to AD 1200-1400. The fragment consists of the expanded outer edge of a probable single looped frame. The central area of the outer frame is decorated with a series of three grooves, flanked by a pair of oblique lobes.
Dimensions: 21.24mm in length (across the loop ; 5.26mm in width (the expanded edge) ; 1.6g in weight.
