Post-medieval copper alloy harness flat mount in the form of a fleur-de-lis, with two round apertures above two transverse engraved grooves, an engraved chevron under the springing of the central petal and, on the reverse, two integral round-sectioned attachment spikes. A common type e.g. Read 2016, no. 336, SOM-2536A9 and SUR-178116. Length 25.3mm. Width 19.8mm. 17th century.
