Part of a post-medieval copper alloy mount with remains of an iron rivet near a bifid terminal and very abraded in counter-relief. Probably part of a clasp similar to Read 008, nos. 758-62 or a sword belt fitting as ibid. nos. 790-5. Extant length 21mm. Width 14.3mm. Mid 16th - mid 17th century.
