Probable steelyard weight. The weight is bi-conical, undecorated and has two broken iron pins at either tip. There is a small area in the side of the weight where it looks as if the iron has 'burst' through the side. The lead has splayed outwards exposing some corroded iron beneath the surface. The weight is possibly Roman in date.
