A complete heavily worn possible sixpence of Edward VI (AD 1547 to AD 1553), probably dating to the period AD 1550 to AD 1553. Probably minted in London. Probably c.f. North vol 2, p123, no 1938. Coin has been heavily polished and bent into an 'S' shape, for probable use as a love token.
