Lead alloy toy vessel. Cast vessel fragment with a concavo-convex base which is tapered or constricted below a wider cup-like bowl. A mould line appears on one side, and moulded lines dividing the vessel wall into panels on the other. Squashed. The top of the vessel is lost, and it may have represented a spouted vessel such as a ewer, rather than the cup or chalice which it more closely resembles in its present state. Suggested date: Late Medieval to Early Post-Medieval, 1450-1550.
