Four Neolithic flint implements.
From left to right, top to bottom.
1. Neolithic flint arrowhead.
Made on primary flint flake, very dark blue and light bluish-grey opaque patina. Cortical butt is the tip, base slightly worked for hafting with a ventral notching on the right base. Early Neolithic to Early Bronze Age -4000 to -1000.
2. Neolithic flint oblique arrowhead.
Made on a small tertiary flake struck from a small orthogonal core. Facetted platform on lower right edge. Slight abrupt flaking on the base and right edge to shape. Early Neolithic to Early Bronze Age -4000 to -1000.
3. Neolithic flint tanged arrowhead.
Made on a fragment, mid brownish-grey opaque patina. Flaked and truncated to produce a tanged base with a triangular tip. Early Neolithic to Early Bronze Age -4000 to -1000.
4. Neolithic flint arrowhead.
Made on a small primary flake. Lateral break or truncation provides straight right edge from base to tip. Some partial, low-angle, parallel, retouch on base to thin for hafting. Early Neolithic to Early Bronze Age -4000 to -1000.
