Lead metalworking debris. Three small fragments of lead melt, all patinated. One is a dribble of solidified spillage. The others have both set on a flat surface; the smaller perhaps on a sand bed; and the larger has a patterned underside which might suggest it has preserved the weave of a coarse fabric like sacking. Suggested date: Unknown, Roman to Post-Medieval, 43-1800
