Copper alloy nut. A small circular plano-convex nut with a central aperture of diameter 4.2mm, a bevelled convex upper side, and two bands of mechanically incised screw thread within, presumably for securing a small component, possibly from machinery. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1850-1900
