An incomplete and misshapen post-Medieval copper-alloy buckle (c. 1720-c. 1790 ).

The frame is rectangular in cross-section with rounded corners and is plain with a moulded rosette at intervals. A drilled hole contains the remains of an iron spindle/bar.

The object has patches of a mid-green patina.

Present length: 65.0mm; width: 7.1mm; thickness: 3.9mm. Weight: 8.93g.
