Fragment of copper alloy Bronze Age spear. This fragment is subrectangular in plan, and slightly tapering and lentoid in section. There is a median rib. It is 16.52mm long, 14.82mm wide, 6.98mm thick and weighs 7g. The blade edges are worn and chipped. The break edges are worn suggesting damage occurred in antiquity. The surface is abraded and the original surface is patchy. It is brown in patina. Exposed surfaces are mid and light green. Not enough of the spearhead survives to date it to a particular phase of the Bronze Age.
