An incomplete copper alloy Annular brooch, probably dating from the Medieval period c. AD 1200 - 1400. The brooch consists of a circular frame, one half of which has been twisted four times, probably to strengthen the frame and add subtle decoration. It has a constriction, 0.9mm in diameter which would have held the missing pin.
