An incomplete worn Medieval silver penny of Edward III (1327-1377), Post-Treaty series, York mint dating to the period 1369 - 1377.

Obverse: [EDWARDVS] x REX ANGLIE [(ET)]; Crowned bust facing with saltire stops in legend and cross on breast.

Reverse: CIVI/TAS/[RACI ]/[EBO]; Long cross with quatrefoil-with-pellet at centre, and three pellets in each quadrant.
