Silver coin. Sceat. Series E late variety, 'porcupine' with standard reverse, Abramson E205 issue of 700-765, Frisian.

Obverse description: 'Porcupine' formed by a clockwise arc with sixteen pellet-based quills, enclosing a V-shape with three pellets within it, a straight I-shaped bar below, and small marks to right of flan.

Reverse description: Square standard with fringed beaded border and a central annulet, the corners occupied by angular figures: appearing as T / V [inverted] / V / L. Seven pellet-based rays above and a tiny T-shaped figure to right [all described as viewed here]
