A conical, tapering lead object with a central iron part that is now only present as a rust shaped discolouration at the tip of the cone, probably the remains of a suspension point. The base of the object is flat with some small possible drill/adjustment holes and the sides are marked with numerous incisions, which are probably the result of plough and soil damage.
