A complete copper alloy trade weight of Post Medieval dating (17th to 18th Centuries AD).
The weight is circular in plan. The obverse has a raised ring around the edge as a border. A stamped mark is present but is it is unclear what design it is. The base of the weight is undecorated apart from a concave depression in the centre.
It has a diameter of 21.7 mm and is 6.5 mm thick. It weighs 12.8 g (0.45 oz).
Several similar trade weights have been recorded on the PAS database, including: WMID-0EA67A, WMID-12D771 and SUR-82D25D.
