An incomplete copper-alloy bracelet of Roman date, c.AD 250 - 410. The bracelet is rectangular in plan and section with a curved profile. Both ends terminate in worn breaks. The upper surface is decorated with repeated punched dots forming a long zig-zag. A single dot is present within each resulting triangular cell.

The metal has a mid-green patina and is worn. The object is 65mm long, 6.8mm wide, 1.6mm thick and weighs 4.5g.

Similar examples of bracelets from 3rd - 4th century contexts from Colchester have been published in Crummy (1983), p.42, fig. 44.
