A fragment of a Roman base silver finger ring. All that remains is half of the bezel of the and one rounded shoulders. The bezel is oval in shape and has a recess to accommodate an intaglio. It tapers into a rounded shoulder. It tapers into a narrow band. The shoulder and band are D-shaped in cross section. The surface of the ring is smooth and worn. The surface colour is patchily grey and brown indicating base silver.
