Copper alloy possible vessel fragment. A small scrap perhaps from the slightly everted rim of a thin-walled vessel, as kindly suggested by the finder. A pair of incised lines follow the upper and lower edges of a putative rim. Suggested date: Unknown, Roman to Medieval, 43-1500
