An Early-Medieval silver sceat of Primary Phase, c.700-760. Series E related, 'stepped cross type'. Obverse: Fine-quilled crescent coiled right, triangular head enclosing pellet eye, annulets and beaded line below. Reverse: Voided, stepped cross within beaded border, pellet in cross with central pellet in annulet, some pellets in quadrants. Vestigal chevrons in margin outside of beaded border. Abramson (2012. 192) No. 91.10.

Measurements: 12.15mm diameter, 2.29mm thick and 1.21g in weight.
