A flint scraper of probable Bronze Age date, circa 2700-1600 BC. The flint is a secondary flint with a very small amount of cortex remaining at the distil end. The flake is sub-ovate in plan and plano-concave in section. There is scale flaking and semi-abrupt, sub-parallel retouch to the left mesal. The flake is pale grey in colour with pale inclusions. A flake has been removed from the ventral face, which makes the flint easy to handle by the thumb. There is a large striking platform at the proximal end.

Length: 22.3mm, Width: 28.4mm, Thickness:10.2mm.

Weight: 6.8g.
