A broken cast lead musket ball of Post Medieval date AD1600 - 1800. The ball was spherical, but is broken, so it has one flat face. Its diameter is 13.8mm and it weighs 8.76g, suggesting it was for use in a pistol (Harding, 2012). Most of the object has a light grey patina.
