An incomplete copper alloy Annular Brooch of Medieval date (AD 1200-1400). The object is circular in plan and D shaped in cross-section. There is a single circular perforation situated opposite a V shaped notch in the frame. The recurved pin is missing. The front is decorated with an integral moulded linear pattern. The decoration is segmented in design and is composed of three raised narrow lines flanking a broader raised rectangle. The back of the object is undecorated and slightly concave. The perforation is filled with dark brown probably iron corrosion. Both surfaces retain some indication of silvering.

The metal is dark green with a slightly pitted patina.
