Corroded and extremely worn Roman coin. There are no traces of a design left on the coin but the size, thickness, degree of relief and colouration are consistent with a Roman As rather than a radiate or nummus. Circa AD 43 -260. Dimensions: Diameter 23mm, thickness 2.7mm, weight 5.99g.
