Incomplete medieval copper alloy folding strap clasp, frame outside edge missing, broken with slight vestigial ridge near both extant corners, trapezoidal plate folded widthways with copper alloy rivet at narrowed attachment end, retains fragment of cloth strap. Frame extant length 8mm, width 11.5mm. Plate length 19.5mm, width 8.5mm. Extant combined length 26mm. See Egan and Pritchard (1991), 118, fig.77. Later 13th-14th century.
